Sashiko Thread Lame Beige

Sashiko is a traditional Japanese embroidery technique that uses running stitch to create beautiful geometric patterns.

This cotton thread from Japan is perfect for sashiko and other stitching projects. Made from 96% cotton and 4% polyester, the thread is strong and soft, it is similar in weight to perle 8 cotton.

Skeins are 40m in addition to sashiko, this thread works well for decorative hand quilting, visible mending (boro), and hand embroidery.
